Mallory Earp is a wonderful, talented and knowledgeable realtor whom I would most definitely recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. I first contacted Mallory to help my sister and I find a rental. While looking at a few rental places, she explained that New Mexico offers first-time homebuyer programs that makes buying a home possible for someone who does not have a down payment. Mallory in no way pressured me to decide to purchase; she simply shared the information and let me make the decision that was best for me. This was a re-occurring theme through the home buying process. She shared her knowledge and laid the choices out, then let me decide what I wanted to do.
I met with and was pre-approved by the lender Mallory recommended and, by the next day, I was looking at houses with Mallory and my sister. She organized and printed information on each house we were scheduled to look at, which made it easy to jot notes down. Before long, Mallory and I found a house that checked off everything on my must-have list—I had found my “true love” house. My offer was accepted within 24 hours; a month later I closed and got the keys to my first house.
Throughout the entire process, Mallory was by my side, willing to share her knowledge and patiently answering any questions I had.Without her guiding me though the long and sometimes scary process of homebuying, my dream of owning a home by 30 would not have become a reality.
I could not have asked for anyone better to guide me through the murky and intimidating waters of purchasing my first home. Because of how great Mallory was through the entire process, my sister will be going to Mallory when she is ready to purchase her first home, and my dad will work with her when he relocates to Albuquerque from California.
